The Shoalhaven Ex-Servicemen’s Club – Dance Club Incorporated was formed in July 2009 by John & Jan Bailey, who, with the assistance of a full committee arranged the first social dance evening in August 2009.
The idea of forming a dance club was put forward to benefit all members as a non profit organisation promoting all styles of dance within the Shoalhaven area.
The Shoalhaven Ex-Servicemen’s Club is a perfect venue with an excellent dance floor and as the dance club is an incorporated club within the Ex-Servicemen’s we gratefully acknowledge the use of this venue and support by the Ex-Servicemen’s Club.
The purpose of the club is to encourage dancing through Educational & Awareness programs, with regular free lessons, dance functions, workshops & medal tests.
We also provide weekly social dances for members and non members, and once a month with our monthly Saturday night dance.
Our qualified teacher is available for private lessons and class lessons at all levels.
Dance Club Membership:
It is easy to be a member of the dance club as it provides for those seeking a more relaxed level of involvement with beginners & advanced dancers both catered for.
All welcome to practice your dance skills & enjoy the social activity, meet new friends & enhance a healthy life. $6.00 per person annually
